Which always make me laugh! -eria means "store that sells"... a cartoleria sells cards and so on and so forth. This actually means "goldsmith shop," but sure seems like a place that sells orifices :P
I'd go to any place that can fix me up with a new nostril and sphincter all in one sitting. Yeah, a goldsmithy makes sense because of the ore part; on my own I would have guessed that it was a jewelry / piercing place.
